Returns
If you for any reason are unhappy with your order/items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve any issue you might have.
Eligiblity
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And you must book the return courier within 5 days from the delivery date. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return postage cost.
We can provide an exchange for the returned product. We have a no refund policy.
To start a return, you can contact us at artistapropshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within 12 hours of your purchase. A cancellation fee of 5% will be charged (as per the payment gateway)
We do not accept cancellations or refunds after 12 hours. We can only provide an exchange for the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Dispatch the items back to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll refund the postage cost back to you. The replacement product will be dispatched from our end once we receive the return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Following types of items cannot be returned: Products bought on offer, Customized props, Maternity gowns & Backdrops that are made on order.
(Maternity gowns & backdrops except the ones mentioned in the ready to ship category are all made on order)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
